VEET® EasyWax™ Electrical Roll-On Kit Review!

So, Influenster sent me the Veet EasyWax Electrical roll on kit. I was super excited, and have been wanting to try at home waxing, but the price and just down right fear of it scared me! So I was happy this was sent to me to test and review! I will insert my unboxing of it right here :) http://youtu.be/avvjf2HAuU0

So let's get on with my REAL review and impressions after using this product! The directions say to heat for 30 mins, well 30 mins was NOT enough. I had to leave it heating for about an hour. I rolled the wax on, a pretty good amount, rubbed the paper supplied with the product onto my skin...And I ripped! And I was incredibly disappointed! There were barely any hairs on the paper, and my legs were gorilla legs! It only pulled out my hair in patches in certain areas, and I still had hair pretty much where all the wax was! Seems like I pulled off all the wax, but none of the hair! So I let the wax heat up a bit longer, thinking that would do the trick...And nope! I'm not too sure what I was doing wrong. But I do want to try it out again and see if giving it another go will do the trick! This definitely isn't something to do if you are short on time, since the product takes longer than the suggested heat time.  I also became curious on how much this product retails for, So I went to Walmart's website and saw it's $29.97 for the kit and $9.97 for any extra wax cartridges you buy. In my opinion, $29.97 is a little pricey. Maybe $25 would be better suited for this product.  All in all, I had high hopes for this product and was extremely let down. Here is a picture of one of the strips, as you can see barely any of my long gorilla hairs or on it, and there were even leftover hairs on the actual roll on stick!

  It became a VERY sticky mess at that point! The one thing I do like about the product is the sleek, compact design and easy to hold use. I have it sitting on it's try on my dresser and it doesn't take up any room. Hopefully next go round I will get some better results! My thoughts: I have tried many facial cleansing products, but none in the form of a brush. My initial reactions to opening the product was wow, this looks pretty sleek and cool! The bristles felt good against my hands, so I couldn't imagine how good it would feel on my face! Today I finally got the chance to give it a go! And WOW! It was AWESOME! When I went to use it I was thinking, Oh no, Please don't tell me they didn't include the batteries! I turned the power button on and it came to life! So was happy they were nice enough to include batteries! Today was FINALLY my day off of work, so I slept in and when I woke up..I tried this out to see if it would help me feel refreshed and even more awake! And it sure did! First, I was expecting just your typical white cream from the tube..Nope! It's silver! Totally surprising and made it so much more fun! And the smell was amazing! All I needed to do was wet my face, and the brush, squeeze a tiny amount on the bristles...Turn it on and start rubbing it in circles on my face. It felt so refreshing and invigorating! Like a massage for my face! I rinsed my face off after a minute of doing it like the box said, and wow! My face felt so smooth and so squeaky clean! I will continue to use this product, and will be buying the product in store as well!

Not Your Mother's Beach Babe Texturizing Sea Salt Spray

My thoughts: So, upon opening my VoxBox, I was a bit bummed out this stuff had leaked a bit in my box, and the edge of my VoxBox details card was wet. And that there was indeed actual salt stuck to the bottom of the bottle, so I knew for sure there is salt in this spray! But no biggie. And first thing I noticed was the scent! Major coconut scent and really makes you feel very tropical inhaling it! I finally got around to testing it out, and had always heard how great sea salt spray is. But sadly, I was let down. I don't know if I did something wrong. But I followed the instructions on the bottle, sprayed it in my hair( I have straight hair) and starting working it in with my fingers and nothing was happening. So I sprayed some more and actually flipped my head upside in hopes it would create more volume and texture as I worked it through and still nothing. I resulted in my usual hair routine since this didn't seem to do anything for my hair, but only making it smell good! I was going to take a pic of my results, but figured there was no point in taking a pic because there were no results to show! I wrote on the Not Your Mother's Facebook asking if I had done something wrong, and their response was,
"Kimberly, try spraying generously on 90% dry hair, scrunch with your fingers, then put hair up in a messy bun (or two) while you finish your beauty/ getting ready routine. Take your hair down when you're finally ready and you should have messy, waves... or at least more body to your hair!!"

So, I guess I will attempt what they suggested and see if that gives me any result! I do want to try more of their products, especially the one for long hair. But I would have much rather recieved the Volumizing Hair Spray!

My thoughts: LOVE!!!! I have always had a major sweating problem (TMI, I know! lol!) Roll on deodorant never seemed to work for me .So I have always used the aerosol kind, the Arrid stuff and it works a bit, but sometimes I will get wetness and stinkyness even with using that! I rolled this on before heading for a long day at work and first thing I noticed..THE AMAZING SCENT such a yummy fruity scent! I was very skeptical and was worried I would be a wet mess under my arms within the first hour of work,  but that was quite the contrary! As soon as I got to work, they sent me on my way to do a long, major project which had to be FINISHED completely by the end of my shift! I was only a half shift that night, So I had exactly 4 hours and 30 minutes to complete it. And after about 3 hrs, I was done! And all while I was working, I got small whiffs of the citrus scent! Compared to the weird, masculine scent I would get from wearing the Arrid deodorant! It was such a refreshing scent to smell at work! I was super stressed about not getting it done in time, and without the deodorant, I'm almost certain I would have been a stinky ,wet mess underneath my arms! Even hours after getting home from work, I was still wetness and smell free and still smelt the citrus scent! As pictured above, My staple for my routine is my purse, my Converse and the Secret Clinical Strength Stress Response Antiperspirant! I will be no longer buying the aerosol Arrid, My underarms (and shirts) will be thanking this deodorant! No more wetness! Finally have found a roll on deodorant that works!  Once again, I'm super impressed with the adorable packaging of this VoxBox! The cute pink heart is adorable! (Pink is my fav color, if you can't already tell by this font! ;)

I hate to say, I'm worried about how I will like this! I have been hearing about the Skinnygirl Alcohol drinks (which I wanna try!) and didn't even know they made a bar line until I received it in this box! Also, I have heard greek yogurt tastes HORRIBLE, so worried how I will like it and I only really like blueberries on blueberry muffins. So we shall see how I like it! I do love that it is pretty healthy as compared to grabbing a bag of chips to snack on! 

Okay, Last product which Influensters either received the Not Your Mother's She's a Tease Volumizing Hair Spray or the Not Your Mother's Beach Babe Texturizing Sea Salt Spray..I received the Sea Salt Spray.

Verdict: Another product I have been DYING to try! I love the glittery design that I received, Frock Star. I bite my nails :( I have since a child..SOOO, these went  on my toes! I hope to have the cutest toes on the block because of this product! :) And these are seriously AWESOME! They were easy to apply with a few look overs of the instructions. And they are such a better,cheaper alternative than dropping $20+ bucks to get a pedicure! I put a coat of extra shiny top coat over them and they literally lasted almost a month! I feel I can never get this sort of design anywhere else! They have the most unique designs in the Salon Hansen Salon effects line, From just one plain color, to quirky,cute designs! I love how they are versatile, either can be used on your nails or toenails!

 I feel they give my feet an extra VAVOOM! about them!  It usually takes me a good 30 mins or so to paint my own toenails, and this was done in a snap! Seriously will be buying this product all the time now! Saves me time and DEFINITELY big bucks at the nail salon! I haven't used my regular nail polish since I got these! Thank you Sally Hansen and Influenster! You have gotten my toes looking super cute for the summer, and not to mention with the affordable price and as long as it lasts, my wallet and bank account sure does thank you! ;)

Verdict: I have always LOVED this little quote by Marilyn Monroe," I don't know who invented high heels, but all women owe him a lot!" Is this true or what?!  Have been meaning to buy these actually! Last time I went out dancing with my girls, I wore my fav pair of wedges, and they absolutely KILLED and DESTROYED my feet! :( Thought they were going to fall of my legs by the end of the night! :( SO,  I was VERY excited to try this product out!

They are old, but one of my fav pair of wedges!

 These wedges would usually KILL and DESTROY my feet on the dance floor when I would go out dancing with my friends. I wore these out just to the movies the other night, and I felt a HUGE difference in how my feet are in these wedges! No more more toes sliding forward and they made them oh so comfy! Thank you for this AWESOME product! Now, I just need to REALLY test them out on the dance floor! Hopefully I won't have to turn down anymore cute guys because my feet are too sore! ;) haha!

Totally will keep buying more of these products,I still want to try this Dr Scholl's For Her Flats in that little cute clutch they have!

Here are the next heels I'm going to be trying these cushions  in! Hoping for the same results in these as I have had with my wedges!
